Guidelines:
1. All above information must be completely filled out to be considered a valid entry.
2. Only 1 entry per property is allowed.
3. Applicable to properties in the greater Charleston, SC area only.
4.The maximum value of this service is $200. In the event the “winning property” may
cost greater than $200 to clean, the Owner will be informed prior to commencing the
service and may use this as a $200 discount.
5. Curb Appeal of the Southeast, LLC reserves the right to refuse to clean specific
properties at its sole discretion without liability.
6. A “drawing” will take place once each calendar quarter. Only those entries which
are submitted after the previous quarters drawing will be considered. Entries for the
same property may be made each quarter.
7. There will only be 1 winning entry per quarterly drawing.
8. Not redeemable for cash.
